Responsibilities:
- **Visitor management**: Greet guests, verify appointments, and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- **Communication**: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and handle general office correspondence.
- **Office maintenance**: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, and monitor and restock office supplies.
- **Clerical tasks**: Perform other duties like preparing in/ out courier reports
**Requirements**:
- Min SPM and above
- Able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with people on the phone and in person.
- Able to provide friendly and professional experience for visitors or customers
- Familiarity with office equipment (phone systems, printers) and software (like Microsoft Office).
- The capacity to handle unexpected situations and solve problems as they arise
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and keep the reception area orderly.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
