Menghubungi pelanggan dan menerangkan faedah serta kelebihan perkhidmatan memperbaharui insurance kereta / motor di Myeg
- Menggunakan skrip untuk memberikan maklumat tentang ciri produk, harga, dan membentangkan faedahnya kepada pelanggan
- Meyakinkan para pelanggan untuk membeli dengan menerangkan bagaimana perkhidmatan insurance di Myeg memenuhi keperluan pelanggan
- Menyediakan dan menghantar sebut harga insurans kenderaan kepada pelanggan melalui e-mel
- Merekod maklumat peribadi pelanggan dengan tepat dalam sistem komputer
- Menjawab panggilan masuk serta membaca dan membalas e-mel daripada pelanggan secara berhemah
- Mendapatkan maklumat pelanggan baru yang berpotensi dari masa ke semasa bagi tujuan menambah pencapaian sasaran jualan bulanan Keperluan dan Kemahiran diperlukan

Kelayakan:

- SPM/STPM/Diploma dalam apa-apa bidang
- Mahir menggunakan computer dan keperluan elektronik dalam bekerja
- Kemahiran berkomunikasi dan pembentangan yang baik
- Mahir dalam rundingan kepada pelanggan dan menangani aduan dengan baik
- Sabar dan mampu menangani penolakan pelanggan untuk membeli produk
- Latihan akan disediakan.
- Boleh mula bekerja dalam masa terdekat

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
