Human Resource Admin Executive

Job Description:
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information. Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives. Monitor employee performance and assist in performance appraisals
- Handle employee benefits, including attendance bonus, leave management, and other related tasks
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations
- Address employee queries, issues, and concerns. Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts when necessary
- Assist in setting Office SOP and reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Upkeep staff record in Company calendar (Staff birthday and all countries Public Holiday) and Company knowledge board (workplace)
- Any other task assigned by HOD Management / CEO / Managing Director
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Can start immediately
- Willingness to work in Pasir Mas
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Systematic, organize, positive attitude and problem solving skills
- Good in organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good in management skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, or related field experience
- At least two year of human resource management experience preferred
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, HR software, will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
