**Job Title**:Maintenance Executive**

**Job Overview**:
Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the resort’s buildings, guest rooms, facilities and equipment are maintained in good working condition. The role involves hands-on repair work, preventive maintenance planning and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth resort operations and guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Facility & Equipment Maintenance**:

- Carry out daily maintenance inspections around the resort, including guest rooms, public areas, recreational facilities, restaurants and landscaped areas.

**Preventive & Scheduled Maintenance**
- Develop, implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, tools, and resort facilities.
- Maintain proper records of service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment warranty information.

**Guest Support & Coordination**
- Attend to maintenance-related guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with Sport & Recreation, Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B departments to support operational needs.

**Vendor & Contractor Management**
- Coordinate and supervise external service providers, contractors and repair specialists when required.
- Ensure all work done by external parties meets resort safety and quality standards.

**Safety & Compliance**
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and resort SOPs.
- Conduct routine safety checks to identify hazards and propose corrective measures.

**Inventory & Resource Control**
- Monitor and manage stock levels of tools, spare parts and equipment.
- Assist in preparing maintenance-related cost estimates and budget planning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Dickson: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 6 years (preferred)
