**Position: Household/ Butler Manager - Open to Malaysians & Singaporeans**

**Tenure: Permanent**

**Working location: Singapore**

**Salary: SGD 8K to SDG 10K**

**Working hour: Standard (Standby if required)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizing and managing the household's schedule and calendar.
- Event planning, organizing, and coordination.
- Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs.
- Scheduling home maintenance and repair work and supervising the project.
- Handling household bills and administrative duties.
- Running errands and performing necessary tasks.
- Supervision of other household staffs, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nanny, and drivers.
- Strategizing and overseeing household resources, including scheduling shifts and maintaining inventory.
- Ensure essential support is provided for the business trip, including arranging a flight to a local destination if necessary, and can provide local support for the required setup.
- Developing and implementing household management procedures such as equipment manuals, inventory lists, vendor directories, and daily checklists.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to comprehend the family's preferences.
- Being knowledgeable in a wide range of areas related to the role.
- Being responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is advantageous.
- Possess of a butler certification is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document organization.
- Able to work in Singapore.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend jobs
