**Your tasks**:

- Operate solder wave with precision and expertise to ensure the highest quality output
- Program soldering profiles and design pallets for wave soldering
- Perform inspection on the quality of the soldering results and take corrective action if necessary to ensure high-quality output
- Collaborate closely with the Manual Assembly team and support the assembly of THT components
- Operate and program the depaneling machines for PCBAs and evaluate the result
- Assist in the production assembly of products and adherence to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area with a focus on safety and efficiency

**Your qualifications**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
- In-depth knowledge of wave solder process, with the ability to operate a machine with precision and expertise
- Experience in the programming of soldering profiles and the creation of production pallets for solder waves
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and accurately
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with operators, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and be part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility-
