**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **IT Business Analyst** to drive product enhancement initiatives and act as a bridge between clients and the development team. This role involves gathering business requirements, shaping functional specifications, and ensuring delivery of impactful digital solutions, particularly in healthcare IT.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs; translate them into functional specifications.
- Define product roadmap and prioritize enhancements aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Liaise between users and development teams; facilitate workshops and validate solutions.
- Support the solution design and evaluation of proposed solutions and system improvements.
- Create QA test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure final output meets quality standards.
- Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software development.
- Strong skills in requirement documentation, communication, and problem-solving
- Experience with data analytics and business process modeling.
- Other: Open to Malaysian citizen and permanent residents only.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
