**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Marketing Planning & Execution.
- Plan and implement an annual marketing activity including ATL, BTL/Trade Marketing (in-store, roadshows, direct mailers, POSMs) and innovations.
- Based on market and consumer insights, support the development of integrated marketing and budget plans that meet business objectives.
- Plan and manage the social media of the key brands.
- Drive the marketing development initiative of the strategic brands in Malaysia.
- Proactively partner with Commercial and Cross functional teams in deliverables including KPI tracking and execution.
- Track KPIs and optimize marketing activities based on business results.
- Manage creatives and content and work closely with creative team.
- Support the development of digital & social media strategies to raise brand awareness, drive traffic and sales.
- Offer any ad hoc support to the business, as required.
- Work with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver the marketing plan in a timely and cost-effective basis.

**Re**quirements**:

- Minimum 3 years in FMCG industry including hands-on experience in supporting the creation of compelling Trade.
- Marketing strategies that have led to achievement of business KPIs.
- Bachelor of Commerce/Marketing or other relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.
- Self-starter self-motivated, takes initiative and loves to see the results of their actions.
- Interpersonal savvy ability to establish rapport at all levels, build constructive and effective relationships and be a good team player.
- Negotiation and Conflict Management - negotiates skillfully in tough situations and settles disputes.
- Outcome and results focused.
- Ability to work in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment and quickly adapt to business needs and meet tight deadlines.
- Superior project management skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior analytical, data synthesis and reporting skills.
- Understand & up to date with the trends in digital marketing.
- Strong track record of consistent in market delivery.
