You will be part of a team that delivers critical process and data management tasks for Employees and Managers. Creating efficiencies in its own area and contribute to maintaining positive user experience across all our businesses and geographical regions.

The role will be responsible for:

- Investigating and resolving user issues within agreed SLAs
- Finding root causes and proposing long term solutions
- Working together with Lead SMEs on issue resolution and projects
- Owning your process/functional area and geographical region, bringing in expert knowledge of processes and data.
- Participating in internal projects (yearly events and new implementation projects)
- Creating efficiencies in case resolution by analyzing issues, understanding patterns and proposing/channeling solutions

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology
- Have 2-3 years of in-depth functional and technical expertise of Workday and SAP
- Be able to work APAC hours (8am Malaysia time) and afternoon shift (2pm Malaysia time) to support global
- Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills in English
- Be able to manage competing priorities considering stakeholder needs, value to the business and ease of solution
- Demonstrate capability to understand and analyze complex process/ data issues
