We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Management Representative to join our team. The Quality Management Representative will ensure our company's Quality Management System (QMS) complies with industry standards and regulations, playing a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous QMS improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** QMS Maintenance**: Manage and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS, EHSMS) of the company in accordance with the policies and procedures as laid down in the company’s Quality and Procedure Manual.
- **Documentation**: Ensure of Company Policies, Objectives, Procedures, Work Instructions (WI), Manufacturing process Instructions (MPI), Control Plan, Failure Mode and Effective Analysis (FMEA), Process engineering instructions (PEI) and etc are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay current with industry regulations and standards and monitor compliance and implementation of QMS Policy, Objectives and targets including ensuring all changes are reflected in Quality and Procedure Manual consistent and effective implementation of the system.
- **Audit**: Coordinate periodic system audit, process audits and ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective actions and preventive actions.
- **Communication**: Communicate ISO, IATF, QMS processes and activities to all level of the organization.
- **Audit & Customer Feedback**: Coordinate customers audits and ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective actions and preventive actions; collect customer feedback to drive quality improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports on quality performance and key performance indicators to management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in QMS or manufacturing background.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all departments.
- Demonstrated work management skills to ensure the completion of projects and tasks of differing priorities under deadlines.
- Objectivity, professionalism, and ethical approach to dealing with sensitive, controversial, and complex issues.
- Demonstrated understanding of ISO 9001:2015; 14001; 45001
- Experience with RBA compliances is an added advantage.
