Albiesta adalah perniagaan fesyen yang menyediakan pakaian Ready - to - wear untuk wanita di luar sana terletak di kulim Avenue, Kedah. **Deskripsi Kerja**: - Mengurus gaji dan faedah para pekerja - Proses pengambilan dan pemilihan - Mengurus kemasukan, sediada (pengekalan) & pemberhentian staff - Mencari dan mengurus dana/geran syarikat - Merekod aliran tunai - Memastikan kebersihan dan keceriaan di tempat kerja konsisten - Mengurus segala pembayaran syarikat - Memastikan setiap rekod dalam filling lengkap untuk tujuan audit dan syarikat - Membantu mengurus bajet syarikat - Menjaga syarikat dan pasukan **Syarat Kelayakan**: - Kriteria mínima Degree dalam bidang account. - Ada basic HR atau mempunyai minat mendalam dengan mengurus manusia - Seorang yang positif dan pandai membuat keputusan - Mempunyai ketelitian dalam kerja - Berdisiplin tinggi dan punchtime - Mempunyai inisiatif meng "explore" - Ada Leadership - Boleh berkomunikasi dengan bagus - Solat 5 waktu - Experience dalam bidang HR atau Account 1year - Seorang yang ceria dan ada kemahuan untuk upgrade diri - Wajib ada lesen memandu **Salary** - Bermula RM1800 sehingga RM2500 - Gaji basic + Komisen & Insentif prestasi yang menarik - Elaun perubatan RM300 setahun - Caruman KWSP dan PERKESO - Cuti Tahunan (selepas confirm 3 Bulan bergantung kepada prestasi dan result) **Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month **Education**: - Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
