R&D Executive (Office Furniture)(must know 3D max)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development**: Design and develop new office furniture products based on market trends and customer feedback.
- **3D Modeling**: Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings proposal for office furniture using design software.
- **Prototyping**: Work with the prototyping team to build and test new designs.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure successful product launches.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all designs meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of designs, prototypes, and project progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in product design or R&D, preferably in the furniture industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- **Education**: Must possess at least a diploma in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as 3D Max, AutoCAD, and other relevant 3D modeling tools.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong creative and innovative thinking abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail and precision in design.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
- **Project Management**: Excellent task management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
