**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the IT operations team to respond swiftly to customer service requests 24/7, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.
- Develop and optimize on-site operational service SOPs, refine service processes, establish and update the operations management system, and ensure the implementation of policies and continuous process improvement.
- Maintain and manage data center servers, network devices, and network links; promptly respond to on-site issues, perform fault analysis, troubleshoot, and handle repairs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the quality and level of operational services.
- Manage team personnel, including scheduling, task allocation, training, performance evaluation, talent development, and building a skilled team hierarchy.
- Collaborate with other departments from an IT operations perspective to advance project design, module construction, delivery, and acceptance processes.
- Compile daily operational statistics and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operations reports for customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Full-time associate degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with over 5 years of data center experience; PMP and ITIL certifications are preferred.
- Over 3 years of experience in managing IT operations in large-scale data centers; familiar with IT operations models; diligent, dedicated, honest, and able to handle operational pressures.
- More than 3 years of experience in server or related equipment operations, with a solid understanding of basic server architecture and hardware knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in server hardware repair, strong skills in fault detection, and proficiency in server monitoring and log analysis.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux systems, as well as common testing software installation and usage; basic configuration skills for network switches.
- In-depth understanding of IT equipment operations management systems in data centers; experience with GPU servers is a plus.
- Strong proactive communication and on-site coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize the interests of the company, data center, and customers to ensure stable data center operations.
**Location: Sedenak, Kulai**
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
