**1) **Job Summary**:
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products merchandising and/ or related services. To serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs

**2) **Role and Responsibilities**:

- To develop and execute merchandizing strategies to achieve sales target and to raise the penetration of FMCG products.
- To meet distribution and strike rate targets as per guidelines.
- To provide regular service to outlets in assigned territory or channel as per itinerary and to perform perfect in-outlets execution.
- Ensure good coverage and regular service to assigned outlets and to new outlets.
- To implement Company’s merchandising standard, FIFO system, and also to maintain hygiene standard and POSM placement in all outlets.
- To understand product data promotional activities in assigned outlets.
- To assist in planning, managing and co-ordinating product merchandising to maximize sales and attract customer interest.
- To provide analysis on fast moving and slow moving stocks and suggest action plan in order to maximize sales.
- To handle collection as per agrees term, minimize trade write-off and follow on delivery.
- To build up good trade rapport with outlets and maintain business relationship with all level within the target customers.
- To provide feedback on competitors’ and market information as and when required.
- To keep track of daily sales, new outlet opening and to strike rate performance.
- To participate in trade fair, promotions events, and ensure that all trade and in-store promotions/ events are properly planned and execute in timely manner.
- To guide part-time sales promoter in selling to customer.
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks from time to time assigned by superior.

**3) **Qualification and Education Requirements**:

- At least 1 - 2 year(s) sales working experience in FMCG industry.
- Preferably with experience in Trading industry.

**4) **Preferred Skills**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literacy - Excel, Words, Power Point, SQL Financial Accounting and etc.
- To complete the allocated assignments within a stipulated time frame and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to learn, possess strong interpersonal skill, good positive attitude committed and communicate well with all levels people.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in line with the management’s plan.
- Applicant must willing to work at Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
