**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Plan and coordinate daily operations for efficient material handling and storage
- Ensure accurate stock counts, maintain real-time stock records, and minimize discrepancies
- Support monthly stock counts and assist with year-end stock audits
- Space planning job execution to maximise storage
- Implement new improvement projects for a more efficient and robust operation with TPM methology
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Man Power Plan, assign, and oversee contractor staff operations
- Monitor contractor productivity and performance to meet operational KPIs
- Maintain warehouse safe and clean for work (5S)

Requirement:

- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools
- Strong understanding of inventory control methods and material handling
- Certification in forklift operation or occupational safety (preferred)
- Must we able to work in shifts
- Sharp analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in English language
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
