We are looking for a **Client Growth Associate** who will be the friendly, reliable voice of Pro Chem. Your mission is to nurture our client relationships through consistent follow-up and genuine care, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, building strong, lasting partnerships through regular check-ins and proactive support.
- Work closely with our technical team to address client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly, acting as your client’s dedicated advocate.
- Listen intently to clients to uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling other Pro Chem products and services that add value to their business.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on client retention and slowly, steadily growing your account portfolio through exceptional service.

(Ability to commute or relocate before starting work preferred)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
