Kami kini sedang mencari seorang Pembantu Servis yang berdedikasi dan bermotivasi untuk menyertai pasukan Jualan & Pemasaran kami, dengan fokus utama pada pengurusan barangan.
**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
**Pengurusan Barangan**:
- Menyusun dan mengurus paparan barangan di kedai dan pameran untuk memastikan ia menarik perhatian pelanggan.
- Memastikan stok barangan sentiasa mencukupi dan diatur dengan kemas.
- Membantu dalam pengiraan inventori dan memastikan ketepatan rekod stok.
**Sokongan Jualan**:
- Membantu pasukan jualan dalam menyediakan maklumat produk dan menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan.
- Menyediakan dan memproses pesanan barangan dengan tepat dan tepat pada masanya.
- Membantu dalam aktiviti promosi dan kempen jualan untuk meningkatkan jualan barangan.
**Pemasaran dan Promosi**:
- Bekerjasama dengan pasukan pemasaran untuk merancang dan melaksanakan strategi pemasaran barangan.
- Menguruskan bahan promosi dan memastikan ketersediaannya untuk pasukan jualan dan acara pemasaran.
- Mengumpulkan maklum balas pelanggan tentang barangan dan memberikan input untuk peningkatan produk.
**Khidmat Pelanggan**:
- Memberikan khidmat pelanggan yang cemerlang dengan menjawab pertanyaan dan menyelesaikan masalah berkaitan barangan.
- Menyediakan laporan jualan dan analisis prestasi barangan untuk membantu pasukan pengurusan membuat keputusan yang tepat.
**Kelayakan dan Kemahiran**:
**Pendidikan**:
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau setaraf. Diploma atau Ijazah dalam Pemasaran, Pentadbiran Perniagaan, atau bidang yang berkaitan adalah satu kelebihan.
**Pengalaman**:
- Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun dalam pengurusan barangan, perkhidmatan pelanggan, jualan, atau pemasaran adalah diutamakan.
**Kemahiran**:
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Kemahiran organisasi dan pengurusan masa yang baik.
- Kecekapan dalam menggunakan perisian Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pengalaman dengan sistem pengurusan inventori atau CRM adalah satu kelebihan.
