**JOB OVERVIEW**

The Creative Content Development Trainer is responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating training programs that enhance the creative skills of individuals or teams. This role focuses on teaching effective content creation techniques, storytelling, and innovative thinking to help participants produce engaging and high-quality content across various platforms.


**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop training materials and programs that cover topics such as creative writing, content strategy, digital marketing, and multimedia production.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance participants' content development skills.
- **Content Creation**: Create examples and case studies that illustrate best practices in creative content development.
- **Feedback and Evaluation**: Assess participant progress through evaluations and feedback, adjusting training methods as needed to improve outcomes.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in content creation and digital marketing.
- **Resource Management**: Manage training resources and tools, ensuring they are current and effective.


**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- **Education**:Diploma in Interactive Multimedia Design or in related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in content creation, training, or instructional design, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems and digital tools.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
- Creative problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
