**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related analytical role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or analytics software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and market data to identify trends and forecast demand for various products.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand while minimising excess stock.
- **Forecasting**: Develop accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and collaborative input from sales and marketing teams.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to align demand planning with promotional activities and new product launches.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and demand forecasts to management.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements in demand planning and inventory management practices.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic planning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
