To ensure all documents are recorded and compiled/filled in an orderly manner related to operational matters. Ensure reports are received and dispatched to clients with in the stipulated time frame and ensure that reports sent to clients are correct and in order. Ensure sales/promotional efforts, work confirmation and job executions are of the highest professional standard of the company. To liaise with old and new clients as to any queries and to ensure clients receive the very best service. To liaise with Custodian Bodies for appointments and job execution. To carry out field/workshop/office services/work as required and to ensure reports under your care are produced in a timely & professional manner To assist in the charge of the service operations of the company and to manage its affairs professionally and effectively. Ensure that the nature of the work undertaken and performed falls into categories as prescribed by the company. To corporate with the Operations Management team for the successful running of the company activities and services provided. To cooperate with account & admin team for a smooth activities of account/admin related issue. To assist in the ensuring that all equipment, whether already purchase or to be purchased must be inspected and tested as being fit for use, calibrated and well maintained/serviced regularly and stored correctly.
