**Position: F&B Outlet Manager (Non-Halal Restaurant)**

**Location**: Sungai Petani, Kedah

Our clients are a fast-growing non-halal restaurant group known for serving authentic Taiwanese flavors. They’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced **F&B Outlet Manager** to oversee operations across their outlets in Sungai Petani, Alor Setar, and Ipoh.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Oversee Operations**: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple outlets.
- **Lead & Motivate Teams**: Guide and mentor outlet managers and staff to achieve excellence.
- **Drive Performance**: Monitor sales, control costs, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Service Champion**: Create exceptional dining experiences for every guest.
- **Manage Resources**: Plan budgets, optimize inventory, and minimize wastage.
- **Report & Communicate**: Provide regular updates to senior management and align strategies with business goals.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in multi-outlet roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in inventory control and cost management.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel between outlets.
- Passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
