- Job Details:Job Description: In this role, you will lead the Operational Capital and Fixed assets team in providing services to legal entities throughout the world, across various processes and with responsibilities for external audit on financial reporting, tax, tax/regulatory/FTZ compliance, controls, policies and mergers/acquisitions.As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Key member of the management team providing business partnership and financial advice. Represents the division on financial performance and works within their business group. Partners with management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization. May have business line or domestic responsibility. Requires breadth of organizational knowledge and the ability to integrate critical information from several diverse areas. Ensure proper financial controls and business processes are in place to protect the assets of the corporation. Strong organizational development and management skills.Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Admin or Finance.
- 5+ years experience in management role.
- Prior experience and knowledge with US/local GAAP compliance is a plus, together with prior audit experience. This entails understanding US/local GAAP and IFRS, has regulatory compliance savviness, establishes/maintains/coordinates policies, procedures and strategies to assure compliance with regulatory authorities.
- Fosters innovation and transformation by setting tone and culture in the group.
- Delivers efficiencies and leverages data analytics to increase value-add and propose changes.
- Advocates informed risk taking and actively encourages team to create breakthrough and non-traditional ideas.
