We’re Hiring Clinic Assistant Wanted

Work Schedule: Rotational shift (Operation Hours: 8am-10pm)

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Patient Management
- Manage reception desk and duties
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle patient’s check-in and check-out
- Manage and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality all the time
- Handle emergency care to patients when necessary

Perform clerical tasks
- Organize medical records, ensure they are accurate and current
- Manage inventory and supplies in the clinic
- Dispense and administer medications accurately as prescribed by doctors
- Process billing and insurance/panel claims

Clinic Support
- Assist doctor during patient consultations and procedures
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits and clean exam rooms after visits
- Sterilize medical instruments
- Perform other medical tasks as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Min SPM/STPM or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing or Medical Assistant or completion of a relevant training program is an added advantage
- Min 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant
- Familiar with administrative and clinical tasks in a GP environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Able to converse in Bahasa Melayu and English

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
