REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (e.g., Science, Mathematics, Biology etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in teaching, educational programme management, training, or related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Leadership, management, excellent communication, administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in instructional design and learning and teaching principles.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to planning, coordinating, managing, monitoring, designing activities and develop learning content, conduct briefing and teacher training, prepare reports and analyse data
- Ability to travel for short trips as and when needed
- Familiarity with technology-enabled learning tools and platforms.
- Experience in community engagement and volunteer management is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and coordinate effective educational programs and ensure implementation of the activities for primary and secondary school students, including needs assessment, learning and teaching materials development, training delivery, and training evaluation.
- Manage communications with other stakeholders (trainer, teacher, students, parents, co-organizer, etc.) to achieve the programme’s objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for educational sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, catering, and necessary equipment.
- Assist in developing marketing materials or contents and promotions to drive attendance and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Engage with community volunteers to support student learning and provide additional academic assistance.
- Conduct baseline assessments, track student progress, and prepare detailed impact reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate continuous professional development for teachers, including pre-programme training and ongoing support.
- Ensure the programme's scalability and sustainability by implementing standardized processes and leveraging data-driven insights.
