Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Functional _(job responsibilities)_- Explore AI Solutions: Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and vendor offerings to identify solutions that align with the bank’s objectives.- Vendor Management: Engage and build relationships with AI vendors, evaluating their solutions for potential implementation within the bank.- Business Alignment: Work closely with business units, technology teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, recommending AI solutions that drive value.- Stakeholder Engagement: Present AI solutions to business and technology leaders, articulating the benefits and potential impact on banking operations.- Influence & Persuasion: Drive adoption by obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, addressing concerns, and demonstrating the value proposition of AI technologies.- Implementation Support: Collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate the onboarding, integration, and execution of selected AI solutions.- Performance Monitoring: Assess the success and effectiveness of implemented AI solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver expected outcomes.- Compliance & Risk Considerations: Work with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory and internal policies.

Jobholder Requirements:
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience- At least 2 years of project management or business analyst and related roles.- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information with integrity.- Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.

Special Skills- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with both technical & non-technical stakeholders, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audience.- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and workshops effectively.- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions to complex challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
