Being part of the BV family, is more than just working, it’s being convinced that you **will leave your mark... in shaping a world of Trust**. **Requirements**: - at least 10 -15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry - Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field **Responsibilities (Obligation to ensure that the action is taken)**: 1. Take the lead in managing a team of S& I Engineers whose responsibilities are to coordinate with the engineering team and the terminal managers in Shell for sustainability and improvement of all the assets in the distribution terminals for the assigned countries or cluster. 2. **Manage and update DGAME 6 pillars**: - Pillar 1 - Site Critical Documents (SCDs) - Pillar 2 - Asset Register & Tagging - Pillar 3 - Safety Critical Equipment - Pillar 4 - Reliability and Integrity Plan - Pillar 5 - Maintenance Execution - Pillar 6 - Asset Information Management (AIM) - Manage S&I KPI and DGAME Panel Performance. - Manage and process PMR, MOC, S&I Trackers and Terminal Requests related to DGAME 6 Pillars. - Assign new asset tagging based on Tagging Procedures. - Define SCE based on Terminal HEMP - Prepare IST template for FL, EQ and MIMP create and change. - Perform Review & Quality check on MRD template /submission. - Manage & Update Asset Data Log - Consistently review Asset Register & MIMP in GSAP to ensure accuracy of data. - Update Inventory Lists in GSAP. - Manage & update AML - Manage, update & perform Quality check on R&I Tool. - Define affected SCD and Update of Plot Plan, PEFS, HACD, C&E Diagrams, Design Basis Data and SLD. - Manage & upload SCD and documents in Hexagon. - Manage & install physical tagging on site - Review and update Tagging Procedures and Asset Register Philosophy Documents etc. - Conduct quarterly terminal assurance review - Site verification. - Support PSSR and SOF - Support Annual and 5 yearly R&I Plan Reviews - Support all DGAME 2.0 Project activities including Process Safety,** **HAZOP, Safeguarding Memorandum, Functional Safety, Process Control Domain (PCD), Electrical Integrity, Minimum Technical Requirements (MTR), Reliability Based Inspection (RBI) and Integrity Management System (IMS) etc. 3. ** Meetings and Engagements** - Attend weekly Shell meeting with LFE, FEs & Project Team - Attend weekly S&I meeting with Shell LFE and FEs. - Attend 2-weekly Shell Regional S&I Leads Meeting - Attend monthly Shell Regional S&I Meeting - Attend monthly Shell Regional DGAME Performance Connect Meeting 4. **S&I KPI** - Tracker - On Time Delivery - Minimum 90% - All CAPEX Projects / PMR in Active & Execute phase are with Trackers - Minimum 90% - All Permanent MOCs in implementation phase are with Trackers - Minimum 90% - All SCE/HCE shall have a unique tag - All SCE/HCE shall have at least L1 /L2 inspection - Comply to OKR (Objective Key Result) requirements - Correct SCD in Hexagon - ADL Input - Quality & Timely Closure - Maintenance Item Priority - Conduct Quarterly Terminal Assurance Visits as planned - Timely & Quality update & closure of assurance reports & action items. - Timely & Quality changelog and IST submission. - On Time Completion of Terminal Requests - SCD Update - Ensure Timely & Quality Update of SCD - Comply to DGAME Panel Requirements - Pillar 1,2,3 and 4 (S&I related Pillars) - Timely & Quality update of AML - Timely & Quality update of R&I Tool.
