**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for day-to-day sales support Function and general administrative tasks.
- Prepare and follow up on dealer quotations, proposals, and orders.
- Handle and keep track of the delivery arrangement and follow up on the payment.
- Provide good customer support by handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- To serve walk-in customers and place orders.
- Communicating with the internal department such as technical, logistics, store, and warehouse.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively under deadline pressure.
