**Job Responsibilities: -**

a) Office Administration
- Responsible for day-to-day running of office administrative functions.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails and deliveries.
- Ensure office cleanliness including monitoring on daily cleaner work.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized office environment.
- Manage office equipment and liaise with vendors for maintenance and supplies.
- Oversee office repairs and maintenance to promptly resolve any issues.
- Conduct periodic reviews of office suppliers and vendors, assessing quality, service and cost.
- Arrange travel logistics for staff, including air tickets, transportation and accommodation.
- Ensure all office administrative processes are efficient, current and compliant with company standards.

b) Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain and update accurate records and files (physical and digital).
- Prepare and process documents such as reports and presentations as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality when handling sensitive documents.

c) Other Administrative Tasks
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient office environment.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Independent, resourceful and able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
