**_Job descriptions _**:
- Takes pride in delivering what is promised in line with the customer and service expectations taking ownership and helping to drive first contact resolution.
- Achieve first call resolution in all client interactions, where possible
- Promote the use of automated channels and its benefits to clients
- Handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions and unintentional disconnects
- To introduce and educate the client of the self-service/automated banking channels and help them use the services extensively
- Must be competent to handle a set of core skills required for the role which include first direct core banking enquiries.
- Ability to follow process and procedures to mitigate risk/errors.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate / Undergraduate with minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service
- Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
- Strong service orientation
- Willingness to learn additional products
**Previously supported Singaporean market will be an added advantage**
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
