**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize, plan, and produce captivating and high-quality video content for TikTok platforms.
- Create engaging and entertaining short-form videos that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and viral challenges on TikTok and Instagram, incorporating them into content creation to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and execute content ideas effectively.
- Conduct thorough research to identify popular topics, hashtags, and content trends relevant to our industry, ensuring our content remains fresh and engaging.
- Write compelling video captions and descriptions that effectively communicate the message and capture the attention of viewers.
- Edit and optimize videos using appropriate software and tools to enhance visual appeal, storytelling, and overall quality.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and audience insights to understand the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Engage with the TikTok and community by responding to comments, messages, and collaborating with influencers and creators to build brand advocacy.
- Stay informed about the latest social media algorithms, best practices, and platform updates to ensure content optimization and maximize organic reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all social media platforms.

**Job Requirements**
- Strong knowledge and passion for social media trends, viral content, and popular culture.
- Proficiency in video editing app (Capcut/Adobe) to create visually appealing and high-quality content.
- Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and metrics to measure content performance.
- Ability to think creatively and generate unique ideas for content creation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of social media and willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and features.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
