Tugas Utama
- Sambut pelanggan dengan mesra dan bantu atur tempat duduk.
- Terangkan konsep restoran & pakej buffet, jenis makanan dan minuman.
- Sedia dan susun makanan di buffet — pastikan sentiasa cukup, segar, dan label jelas (terutama makanan mentah).
- Pastikan kebersihan kawasan makan, buffet line dan dapur; bersihkan meja, lantai, sinki, peralatan.
- Pantau dan jaga fungsi peralatan steamboat & grill; ganti jika rosak.
- Layani pelanggan secara profesional; bantu bila diminta dan tangani aduan dengan pantas.
- Bantu kerja dapur ringan seperti potong sayur, susun pinggan mangkuk, isi stok.
- Bantu cashier waktu sesak, periksa stok barang, susun peralatan selepas operasi, dan sertai briefing hari atau mesyuarat ringkas.

Kemahiran Diperlukan
- Mesra pelanggan & kemahiran khidmat pelanggan (customer service).
- Bekerja dalam pasukan, cekap, pantas, tahan tekanan, terutama semasa waktu puncak.
- Utamakan kebersihan dan patuh SOP makanan.

Sebagai informasi tambahan, berikut tugas-tugas yang lazim untuk F&B Crew dalam industri makanan & minuman:

- Sambut pelanggan dengan mesra, terangkan menu, ambil pesanan, sediakan minuman/makanan ikut piawaian.
- Jaga kebersihan ruang makan, dapur, tandas dan ikut piawaian keselamatan makanan (food safety).
- Bantu stok dan susunan inventori, jawab soalan/aduan pelanggan, tunai pembayaran dengan sistem POS.
- Jaga mesin, peralatan dapur, bantu penyediaan, jalankan tugas tambahan seperti promosi menu/up-selling.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
