Supervise the daily work of the front office manager and head chef, promptly address any operational issues, and ensure the quality of the restaurant's dishes, hot pot bases, and service. 6. Based on operating results, fully implement the marketing plan issued by the company's marketing department and provide feedback to the operations department to ensure sales targets are met. 7. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the restaurant industry; experience in large-scale chain restaurant operations is preferred. 2. Proficiency in computer office operations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 3. Ability to accept the company's systematic and standardized training and management. 4. Familiarity with the operating procedures and management methods of large-scale chain restaurant operations, and the ability to independently plan, execute, and track overall store performance (QSC, personnel, sales, and profits). 5.
