Supervise the daily work of the front office manager and head chef, promptly address any operational issues, and ensure the quality of the restaurant's dishes, hot pot bases, and service. 6. Based on operating results, fully implement the marketing plan issued by the company's marketing department and provide feedback to the operations department to ensure sales targets are met. 7. Conduct effective public relations work, continuously develop new customer bases, retain existing customers, establish customer profiles, regularly conduct customer return visits, establish a positive corporate image, and create a positive external environment. Pay special attention to VIP guests and banquet guests. 8. Establish and improve the equipment, utensil, and warehouse management system, and implement strict oversight to prevent unnecessary loss of restaurant assets. 9. Receive and properly handle customer complaints, proactively solicit customer feedback, diligently improve work, and safeguard the brand reputation of "Zhu Guangyu Hot Pot Restaurant." 10. Supervise and implement training to ensure that restaurant staff possess sound professional knowledge, skills, and a positive work attitude. 11. Unite all store staff, be responsible for personnel arrangements and performance evaluations, implement rewards and penalties according to the reward and punishment system, and review employee attendance. 12. Be responsible for daily reviewing business reports, purchase reimbursement forms, and other expense reimbursement vouchers according to financial regulations. **Job Requirements**: 1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the restaurant industry; experience in large-scale chain restaurant operations is preferred. 2. Proficiency in computer office operations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 3. Ability to accept the company's systematic and standardized training and management. 4. Familiarity with the operating procedures and management methods of large-scale chain restaurant operations, and the ability to independently plan, execute, and track overall store performance (QSC, personnel, sales, and profits). 5. Strong learning ability, with excellent team management and teamwork skills. 6. Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and strong ability to withstand pressure.
