The Roadshow Event Coordinator works closely with the Assistant Roadshow Manager to facilitate the logístical aspects of setting up and dismantling scheduled sales events. This role involves coordinating with the logistics team to ensure seamless execution of events and adherence to company standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate the set-up and dismantling of scheduled sales events.
- Assist in the planning and execution of event logistics, including transportation, equipment setup, and breakdown.
- Ensure pre-event preparations are completed efficiently and according to established timelines.
- Work independently, when required, to oversee event logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide support to the Assistant Roadshow Manager in evaluating event success and preparing reports.
- Record and report relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance workflow efficiency.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
