Good to announce that we are hiring for Business Unit Manager - Marketing position (base in Q-Sentral, Kuala Lumpur).

This management position play the important role in leading the whole marketing team, to develop and implement a successful marketing strategic plan across various marketing functions ranging from product management, brand enhancement, digitalization, promotion, social media marketing, events etc.

We sought an experienced Marketing Leader with vast knowledge in pharmaceutical and medical to manage multiple product portfolio, along with good communication and people-management skills to drive the excellence of team performance in establishing the company as market leader. Overall, the position will be accountable to:
1. Formulate, direct and oversee all marketing planning in accordance with organization objectives and compliance requirements, with a high degree of quality and performance tracking, analysis to leads into better results.

2. Effectively communicate to the whole team, demonstrate and guide on technical/digital marketing skills, as well as knowledge of company products.

3. Plan, allocate and ensure all resources to drive the Marketing activities and initiatives (budget and time spent) are using the most cost-effective and efficient method.

4. Conduct research on market intelligence to determine the market requirement and value proposition for the products, leverage the potential and subsequently expand the market widely.

5. Organize and participate in various event, as well as promotional activities for product communication and presentation to enhance the awareness and increase the company branding among Professional Healthcare.

6. Sales and marketing best practices in law include the **PhAMA code of practice, the doctor Malaysia Medical Council (MMC) code of conduct**, digital marketing, sustainability, and a framework.

Who are we looking for?

2. At least **5 years of experience in marketing within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.**

3. Possess good leadership skills with strong value of organization, planning & innovation.

4. Well verse in pharmaceutical/medical knowledge, as well as brand management.

5. Possess own transport and willing to travel.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
