**Job Description & Job Details**

**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Location: No. 43-2-1 (2nd Floor), Jalan 1/48A, Sentul Perdana, Bandar Baru Sentul, 51000 Kuala Lumpur

1) Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment and retention
2) Conduct market research to identify prospective students and target groups
3) Convert leads into confirmed enrollments through proactive follow-ups
4) Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to boost visibility
5) Manage and grow the center’s social media presence with engaging content
6) Work with marketing team to design effective promotional tools and advertisements
7) Build relationships with schools, local communities, and business partners to drive referrals
8) Organize public events such as open days, educational workshops, and talks
9) Represent the tuition center in education fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
10) Provide professional consultations to parents about courses and learning outcomes
11) Maintain strong communication with students and parents to build trust and loyalty
12) Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and feedback from prospects and clients
13) Monitor and achieve student intake and revenue goals
14) Develop pricing packages and promotions to support growth strategies

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
1) Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related fields
2) 1-2 years of experience in sales, education, or business development is preferred
3) Good communication and persuasive skills
4) Able to work independently and take initiative in outreach and marketing activities
5) Creative thinker with a passion for education and community engagement
6) Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing skills is a plus
7) Willing to attend events and meet clients outside of regular hours when necessary
