A Customer Service Supervisor will manage a growing team of Customer Service Executives. Their main responsibility is to ensure team members follow established methods and procedures, handle all calls swiftly and efficiently, meet all quality-related metrics and goals, and above all act in a courteous and friendly manner while serving the customer.

Job Scope and Requirements:

- Manage customer service executives to ensure that service is being provided to the customer at the highest standard
- Prepare routine performance reports and identify areas for improvement
- Handle and reflect on incoming customer feedback
- Basic keyboarding and computer skills.
- Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs at once.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Clear speaking voice.
- Previous experience, especially in roadside assistance call centre environment, is preferable.
- Must be able to commute into office.
- Working on alternate Saturday is required.
It will be very beneficial if you are proficient in more than one language (Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or English).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
