Marketing and Lead Management Executive

Our client Is a leading provider globally of manufacturing solutions for electronics, power tools, laser technologies, and machine tools and they are looking for Marketing and Lead Management Executive that is based in Bangsar,kuala lumpur to join them.This role will report to Head of Sales/ General Manager.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Management**
- Generate outbound leads, analyze & and qualify leads in order to verify potential for Sales Team
- Nurture open and cold qualified leads until ready for handover to Sales Team
- Generate, create, analyze & follow up leads in C4C
- Derive lead generation activities from annual strategy and propose new ways of finding prospect and new ways of generating leads
- Monitor, measure, analyze and report lead quantity and quality e.g. lead source effectiveness and efficiency, conversion rates for continuous improvement of lead management
- Monitor lead follow-up through close collaboration with Sales Team
- Maintain data quality for leads in C4C
- Serve as contact point for leads generated from Regional in SG or HQ in Germany
- Responsible for lead reports for Sales Team and Management
- Obtain & generate leads from all external database.
- Analyze market data & capture untapped market data
- Monitor on competitor installed based from social media platforms or equivalent

**2. Marketing**
- Responsible for marketing activities include coordinating communication materials (flyer, publications, social media etc.), events & trade fairs, physical seminar, webinars, marketing budget etc
- Serve as contact point to Regional marketing/HQ marketing department
- Responsible for market analysis, consumer insights, competitors and market dynamics
- Adapt and localize marketing materials, including translation
- Plan and organise events such as exhibitions, technical seminars and other events
- Responsible for public relations matters in order to enhance corporate image and branding
- Responsible for corporate brand and identity of company
- Any other task assigned by HOS/GM TMY

**CREDENTIALS**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related disciplines
- 4 years’ experience in similar role and similar environment/related field, MNC business preferably within a matrix structure and a fast-paced environment
- Very good command of **English - both spoken and written**
- Able to converse in **Mandarin,** written will be added advantage
- Knowledge in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, In design, Photoshop is an added advantage
- Experiences in tele-marketing / service call
- center will be added advantage

*Location: Bangsar

*This is an independent role reporting to GM and Reg Marketing(Based in SG).

**Work arrangements**

Monday - Friday (8:15am - 5:30 pm)

This is an Office-based role but you may have to travel for events.
