**1) Collaboration L2 /L3**　
- CCIE or equivalent certification -Hands on experience on Telepresence, CUCM, MS, VCS, Voice communications manager and hardware

**2)Collaboration Webex L2 /L3**　
- CCIE or equivalent certification.
- Hands on experience on Webex Meetings. - Design and providing solutions to HCS environment for end-to-end collaboration deployment.

**3)TAC Networking Support L2/L3**
- 6-8 years of Enterprise support Experience in Network security/SSL VPN domain

**4)Data Centre Engineer L3**
- BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 6-8 years related experience. Deep knowledge of telecommunication systems and network environments.
- Ability to analyze, use and configure medium and large enterprise/SP networks.
- In-depth Knowledge of Routing Protocols BGP, MPLS, OSPF, ISIS, VLANs, VPC, Switching, IOS-XR, NXOS. - CCIE and/or CCDE certification would be highly desired but not compulsory. - Hands on experience on Datacenter Networking (Nexus 3000, 9300), UCS-B System/Other issues and Storage Networking.

**5) Enterprise Data L3**
- CCIE (R&S, DC) - Hands on experience on LAN Switching, Wireless, Architecture, NMS, DNA Center, RP(Routing Protocol) and SDWAN.
- Expertise in troubleshooting network security issues (IPsec, SSL vpns, Authentication, Captive portal, AV, IPS, Radius, ACLs, Web Proxy, DNS Proxy, Cloud security).
- ROUTING, OSPF & BGP, MPLS, Instance concept, L3VPN.
