- Daily Attendance Report.
- Assist on HR administration including issue warning letter, memo, update leave records, medical expenses records etc.
- Provide administrative support for HR Manager
- Assist on foreign workers affairs including passport and permit renewal, insurance renewal, arrange medical checkup, hostel management, debit card renewal etc.
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
- Prepare invoice & receipt for client's payment
- Prepare accounting report by weekly & monthly
- Other Ad Hoc assigned by superior.

Requirement:

- Min 1 years experience in Manufacturing.
- Good communication and writing in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong time management, detailed person and multi-tasking.
- Responsible, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, patient.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
