Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under supervision of housekeeping supervisor. Room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.
- Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
- Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets.
- Stock guest room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
- Ensure that all guest rooms are inspected thoroughly, and any maintenance issues are reported immediately.
- Restock supplies such as coffee, tea, and water in guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stored after use.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and policies.
- Report any lost and found items to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and team members.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Willing to work on shift basis
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Housekeeping/Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
