**JOB DESCRIPTION OF QC SUPERVISOR**

The QC Supervisor is responsible for supervising QC Leaders, IPQC Inspectors, and OQA Inspectors in his/her area of responsibility. The QC Supervisor is responsible in assist IPQC and PQE Engineer for ensuring the quality of products during the manufacturing process and ensures that products meet quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all activities of QC including quality and safety matters. Work with Quality Engineer to develop control plans such as inspection plans, process and first articles.
- Ensure quality achieves the target planned. Making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure timely scheduling of product inspection, auditing, and data collection. Ensure the shipment schedule is met.
- Maintain good housekeeping.
- Supervise and train QC Inspectors and QC Leader. Provide guidance on inspection techniques, equipment usage and data collection.
- Ensure QC Inspector has good discipline.
- Ensure effective communication is carried out with subordinates and ensure meeting performance expectations.
- Ensure areas of responsibility comply with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 requirements, customer requirements, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting regular audits to identify and address any areas of non-compliance.
- Work closely with production, engineering and others department to identify and resolve quality issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- He/ She shall also assume any responsibilities that are assigned to him/her as and when the need arises.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control or assurance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Familiar in using inspection tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with IPC-A-610
- Familiar with AOI Inspection and THT Final Visual Inspection

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is typically performed in a manufacturing environment.
- May require standing for extended periods and using inspection tools and equipment.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
