Online Sales Development Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Online Sales Development Specialist to run the e-store administration and drive the inbound leads pipeline for the Asia-Pacific region. The individual will play a critical role in leading the sustainable promotion and operation of our e-store's ongoing growth. Additionally, the individual will be the first touchpoint for all potential leads and create a healthy and essential pipeline of qualified leads.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Online Sales Coordinator
- Monitor and analyze sales and user engagement metrics to identify trends, making data-driven recommendations for improving the store's performance.
- Establish methods for collecting and analyzing customer feedback regarding their experiences with purchasing and using VStitcher licenses.
- Work closely with the financial team to monitor transactions for any fraudulent activities and implement preventive measures.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on driving more sales and renewals of VStitcher licenses.
Sales Development Representative
- Qualify & disqualify inbound MQLs from the Asia-Pacific region through initial discovery calls to identify prospects' needs and present Browzwear's business value.
- Maintain the CRM system records, including documenting conversations with customers/prospects clearly and concisely on the Account record within the CRM system.
- Partner with Marketing to build targeted outreach strategies and quickly follow up with inbound leads
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in online revenue generation (eCommemarketing and operations, B2B marketing, lead generation, or B2B sales).
- Familiarity with B2B revenue generation or sales pipeline channel management
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Able to excel in managing multiple portfolios
- Strong affinity towards an analytical approach
- Exposure to an international working environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, and Stripe is a plus.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
