- To execute daily Corporate Group Business operation functions are well performed and set service standard are adhered to.
- To attend, handle and follow up on enquiries pertaining to Corporate Business promptly. Prepare and review daily enquiries for quotations, renewal, endorsement & claims.
- As a liaison (gatekeeper) between the Corporate Clients, Agency (DA & PAMB Agents and Banca Partner) and the Operation teams such as Claim/Finance/Actuarial and UW Teams for all group products/operational issues, updates and communication
- To ensure group debtor account always tallies with the record from Finance Department
- Monitor the overall section’s practices and procedures are in compliance with rules and regulations set by the company and all regulatory bodies and corporate requirements.
- To ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all processes and response in accordance with agreed service standard.
- To support projects related to Corporate Business by providing appropriate feedback and working closely with the project team until project completion. Keep up to date on new or enhanced products and processes knowledge in order to maintain a high level of quality service to customer.
- Keep record, produce and prepare any statistics and information required by the Management in relation to the preparation and production of reports as well to ensure all documents kept by the department are adequately controlled and monitored within shared folders
- Support the manager to continuously review processes, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback, and implement process improvements where appropriate
