**Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Reporting and Budgeting**
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the preparation of the company's financial reports and presentations
- Monitor and report on variances between actual results and the budget/forecast.

**2. Taxation & Compliance**
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements, financial documents and ensure financial data integrity.
- Ensure all financial operations adhere to company policies and legal guidelines

**3. Support to Management**
- Provide financial support and advice to various departments.
- Assist in strategic financial planning execution and ad-hoc support wherever required.
- Stays current on relevant industry regulations and trends

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or relevant certification
- Relevant experience in commission handling, particularly in insurance or intermediary business

- Demonstrated ability to manage people, to think and plan to deliver results
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and

influence outcomes
- Good numeracy skills and strong proficiency in Excel
- Problem solver with a can-do attitude and a desire to excel
- Thrive in a fluid, dynamically changing and results-oriented environment
- A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing) for daily work-related communication.

**工作职责**

- 协助编制财务报告与汇报材料
- 监控并分析实际业绩与预算/预测之间的差异

**2. 税务与合规**
- 管理应付账款与应收账款
- 核对银行对账单及财务文件
- 确保财务操作符合公司政策与相关法律规定

**3. 管理支持**
- 为管理层提供财务支持与分析建议
- 协助战略财务规划及其他临时性任务
- 跟进行业相关法规与趋势变化

**职位要求**
- 拥有会计、金融或相关领域的大专文凭或相关认证
- 有佣金处理经验者优先,尤其来自保险或中介行业
- 具备领导能力与执行力
- 良好的口头与书面沟通能力
- 熟练掌握 Microsoft Excel
- 具备解决问题的能力与积极态度
- 能适应快节奏、结果导向的工作环境
- 能够熟练使用中英文(听、说、读、写),以应对日常工作沟通需求

职位类型:全职, 终身制

薪资: RM2,500.00至RM5,850.00(每月 )
