Closely liaise with Sales personnel to get updated new booking/revised booking.
- Sourcing and compare logistics cost by carrier/ liner & agent.
- Check available vessel space and sailing schedule, plan according sales personnel requirement.
- Liaise with planner/sales staff to ensure stock available before release booking to hauler.
- Release booking to haulage for arrange/ plan pick up the empty container deliver to Kibing warehouse within the free detention period at Port Klang.
- Follow up container loading status to ensure laden container deliver to port before Port Closing time.
- Responsible to decide Shipping Line/ Agent for CNF shipment after comparison of few offer price and justify as lowest cost.
- Handle ad-hoc incident during shipment, such as arrange container repair, attend container survey, raise insurance claim for cargo / container damage, arrange replacement container seal etc.
- Plan container re-use of import to export, fulfill the requirement / SOP of shipping line on the re-use
- Processing of shipping / logistics billing, submission to Finance Department & follow up payment, checking with SOA.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding. Familiarity with international shipping documentation and incoterms is a plus.
- Good knowledge of import/export procedures. Familiar with customs clearance processes and port operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written). Mandarin or other languages is an added advantage, especially for liaising with overseas agents or clients.
