**About the Role/ The Opportunity**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Working alongside Solution Engineers and Account Executives globally, you will support the sales process by providing response documents to tender requirements and supporting materials in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with your Manager to define schedule and timeline of tender responses, match the proposal’s scope with the proposed solution and products, estimate effort of responses, prioritize and organize responsibilities.
- Edit and review proposal materials to ensure responses are clear, delivers technical understanding and outlines Sitecore value proposition; text is well-written, concise, clear, and coherent; and documentation is well presented and follows tender format requirements and conventions.
- Upload and map tender requirements, generate responses from the knowledge base, and maintain up-to-date information in our RFP tool.
- Collaborate and provide input for RFP template responses with our Winning Themes, Value Proposition, and why Sitecore solutions are compelling to the client.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with overall business and deliverable objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a collegial, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback positively.
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies.

**Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart**:

- Background in software QA testing, software support service role, technical marketing, business analyst, or technical writing is advantageous.
- Knowledge of content management systems, digital asset management, digital marketing platform, customer data platform, commerce systems is beneficial.
