Your Role: Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and pet-passionate Marketing Executive who can take the lead in all things marketing—from digital campaigns to e-commerce and brand-building events.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive growth through innovative strategies, and bring your passion and ideas to life in a fast-paced, pet-loving environment.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Strategy
- Lead digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop SEO, SEM, and paid strategies to increase engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Analyze performance data to improve campaign results and ROI.

E-Commerce Optimization
- Oversee online store setup, UI/UX enhancements, and product performance.
- Drive online sales with strategic promotions, content, and customer experience initiatives.

Campaign Planning & Proposal Writing
- Draft compelling proposals for online and offline campaigns.
- Align all marketing initiatives with brand identity and business goals.

Event Marketing & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute engaging events (e.g. adoption drives, store openings, pet parties).
- Create multi-channel campaigns to increase visibility and customer interaction.

Budget & Resource Management
- Manage marketing budgets responsibly.
- Maximize impact with cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Alignment
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors.
- Build strong relationships to align marketing goals with broader business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, e-commerce CMS).
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- A genuine love for pets—you believe in the mission as much as the metrics
- Leadership potential and eagerness to manage a growing team.
