Front Office Admin

**Location: Bangsar South, KL**
**Job type: 1 year contract | Renewable/convert to permanent**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering and Forwarding Calls: Promptly answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Directing Visitors: Guiding visitors to their designated meeting rooms or offices.
- Maintaining the Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-organized, with necessary supplies available.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Managing calendars and booking meetings, appointments, and reservations for staff and clients.
- Handling Mail and Deliveries: Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Performing Clerical Tasks: Photocopying, faxing, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintaining Office Supplies: Ordering and managing office supplies to ensure a well-equipped workspace.
- Managing Office Security: Ensuring office security by monitoring visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
- Assisting with Other Tasks: Providing support to other staff members with administrative tasks or requests.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Customer Service: Responding to inquiries from visitors and clients, providing information about the company and its services.
- Handling Complaints: Addressing any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
**Qualification/requirement**:
- SPM graduate
- Preferably female (good to have mandaring language)
- Resides near Bangsar South City OR Petaling Jaya (PJ) (or any nearby area)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
