We are looking for a Development Coordinator.

Your primary role is providing a range of administrative and operational activities to deliver efficient and effective operations of the Residential Development team in and in order to deliver a high level of customer service to the stakeholders.

Your duties include but not limited to:
- Coordinate and perform a range of administrative and secretarial duties, much of which is of a sensitive and confidential nature, to support the assigned Executive in carrying out their day-to-day responsibilities.- Manage the day-to-day schedule of the assigned Executive, organising and scheduling meetings, proactively identifying priorities and commitments, and coordinating appropriately.- Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, documents and reports which are typically confidential in nature, drafting required documents in standard company format as directed.- Perform comprehensive administrative and secretarial duties which may include organising travel arrangements, coordinating residential events, raise purchase requisitions & expense claims.- Liaise effectively with a range of internal and external staff, acting as a first point of contact for all internal and external inquiries and functioning as a liaison between assigned Executive and other internal staff.- Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required, which include assisting other teams and business units.

Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Development, or a related field.- Experience in administration or secretarial capacity is required for this role.- Essential to the role is strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or property development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).- A proactive attitude and being a great team player will contribute significantly to your success for this role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and strong attention to details.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively both independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.- Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate development industry.
