Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the subcontractors to prepare the relevant supporting documents for claim, and prepare payment certificate to subcontractors.
- Assist to prepare relevant supporting document for Milestone Achievement Claim to MRL.
- Responsible for the subcontractors survey and assist the subcontractors to register on CCC (ECRL) Subcontractors and Consultant Management System.
- Responsible for documents collection, sorting, classification, numbering and archiving in accordance with difference categories.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or above.
- At least one year working experience as quantity surveyor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Good at communicating with others.
- High responsibility and good team work spirit.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
